CigmaWeb offers outsourcing services to various employers seeking to recruit staff. We provide our services across various countries including India. Clients can download or print all the necessary information provided by us though our services.

Every time you use services from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between us.
Changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements
Changes in how we accept payment from you
Changes required to reflect additional services
Specific Terms Applicable to Recruiters
When our clients stop using services or their account is closed, then we marked all information of their account including job descriptions as deleted from CigmaWeb database.
A job description that clients provide may not contain false and misleading information.
All job descriptions will in all respects comply with applicable local, national and international laws.
CigmaWeb Responsibility
Pay all wages and benefits to all Assigned Employees
Assure that all assigned Employees have required and appropriate equipment to perform their responsibilities on behalf of Client
Provided licenses to employees that are necessary to access any custom or proprietary software utilized by Client
Miscellaneous
Each project assigned shall be recognized on a Job Order or other document at rates which are agreed to by Client and CigmaWeb. Any ambiguity between a provision of a Job Order and these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to increase and decrease the charge at any time. We and clients agree that any information that is confidential to the other shall not be disclosed to any third party.
